Looking for new home ASAP in Bulwell, Nottinghamshire for sale

I am great need of a new home for me to live in with my 3 year old son, cat and Dog. The house I currently live in is in severe disrepair. The landlord has not done a repair for nearly 1 year. I have lived here for 3 years. My home is far to cold, it costs in excess of £300 a month to heat the home which i can not afford so this current winter has been horrible. I am looking for a home that I can move into ASAP, I am in reciept of Housing Benefit, and I DONOT have a garentor. I have contacted Job centre regaurding a loan for deposit and first months rent and awaiting to hear back. The new home must be in great condition, warm and effeciant, at least 2 bedrooms with a bath and shower, and a enclosed garden.
